Specifically the tan/cream background box for their Sponsored Links is above the ad text instead of behind it. Perhaps you guys could just use this:

I love Sputtr's home page where these novices may find so much of interest just by browing the tabs you've already prepared for them on a "home" page. Parents and grandparents among them will love the new instant messager program. Most of them indicated they use their computers mainly for surfing and keeping track of family. So, naturally, Sputtr will be fully noted in a future column planned on browsers. Are you aware that seniors are the fastest growing segment of computer users?
